The Customer Service Center is available via phone, fax, e-mail or internet and offers a detailed protocol for customers to communicate service orders, issues, questions, or special requests. With a combination of tools, Diversco Account Managers, District Managers, Market Vice Presidents and Senior Managers can monitor performance at scheduled intervals and provide accurate reports with plans for continuous improvement. Our Engineering Department ensures consistent program development and execution across markets and divisions. An Industrial Engineer will design each client’s specific program, using four tools to arrive at a documented program that links the specifications and frequencies to the custodian routes and daily checklist that forms the basis for Quality Assurance.

Our secure client reports available via the internet give clients access to site specific quality assurance data on a 24/7 basis. Items presented can include inspection reports, benchmarking, work order status reports, issue resolution and mutually agreed upon KPI’s.
